The common areas were beautifully adorned with elegant furnishings and soothing colors, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with spacious and well-lit corridors and easy-to-navigate layouts, making it comfortable for me to move around and relax.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children of the staff for senior guests, such as providing extra help with luggage or offering more personalized guidance and support for our specific needs.
