All you need for one night in Atlanta. And it also had spectacular view. Fairly clean hotel with a remote location. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.
-
The hotel was clean and straightforward, loved the exceptionally comfortable beds.
-
It was definitely 4 stars for us. Thanks to their maid for the help. There is Jimmy Johns serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.
-
We liked our stay.
There was no refrigerator.
-
The only thing they had to offer was an available room when others were sold out
Internet was a disaster, breakfast was so poor I walked across the street, the rest of the experience was underwhelming

Valet parking, location,
Overpriced, not enough lightening in bathroom. For price we paid valet parking and breakfast should've been included, especially when I was tipping valet people everytime I used them. Should have 24 hour room service

Hotel was in a wonderful location with plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. The staff were very nice and there was even security on hand which gave peace of mind. The rooms were nicely appointed with plush and comfortable bedding. The rec/fitness room was nice as well. Cookies are included with the room and are available at the front desk as many times as needed, very nice touch. Valet is parking staff was well mannered. Parking garage also has a police presence.
I wasn't happy with the fact of paying $10 extra just to have a refrigerator in the room nor was I happy with having to pay for wi-fi in a room costing $128 per night. Cheaper places offer this service for free. This was quite the inconvenience but luckily I'm an AT&T customer and this made it free. There is also a parking fee at this hotel that isn't included with the room rate and this isn't disclosed in the initial booking. The price is said to top out at $20 per day unless an event is going on that provisions free parking.

They over charged 225.00 for the room and the front desk guy. Mark the manger did give my money back on my card. The Hilton Buckhead has alot of ants in my room.

We rented this room for an evening get away. It was rented to us as a "superior king room" for almost 300$. We were shocked to discover that they had given us a room with only a sleeper sofa bed which was very uncomfortable.
-
The check in was efficient and the desk clerk was helpful though I found out later the room he gave us was the worst king in the hotel.
There was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room and it was very noisy, located beside the shipping dock.

The location, and desk staff -awesome! The maids and staff keeping the place clean -fabulous! The Savannah restaurant staff was -great!
The room service crew was pathetic. I ordered breakfast to arrive between 7:45-8am. I got to my room later from a morning jog around 7:50 =no food, no note. Called desk twice, third time got a call from the "kitchen" from an angry person telling me they had tried 3 times to deliver, but no one was there. Offered to bring me a fresh breakfast at 8:40am (one hour later...) I said no, cancelled and bought breakfast off site. Very disappointing! The bar staff was -adequate, but way too busy talking to "friends" or other employees instead of serving the customers in the bar.
-
Wonderful staff and very comfortable bed.
3 times during the night we were waked up by a screaming fighting couple and a very loud group of men in the hallway.
-
Comfortable room, although I think someone had previously vomited on the carpet in room 329, you could smell it had not been properly cleaned.
room next door had a family of screaming kids at 12am that woke me up. When moved to another room we were then woken up at 5am by a very loud couple having a severe arguement. Staff were great to move us initially it was just the people that were annoying.

location incredibly convenient for walking, mass transit or grabbing Uber! And DEXTER at the concierge desk was amazing!!
Our room was VERY dark, small window facing parking deck. Be sure to ask for a room with a view NOT facing parking deck. Counter in bathroom very small and laid out awkwardly - made getting ready with the girls tricky.
