I stayed for five nights in a King Room Non-Smoking and had a mixed experience. The location worked well for my plans, just a short walk to public transport. The room had a comfy bed, but I was given a queen instead of the king I booked. That was frustrating, especially since I needed that space. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room unless I specifically requested it, which felt inconvenient. The breakfast option I chose was quite steep at $17 per day, and nothing was complimentary, not even parking. The bed was uncomfortable, causing me back pain, and I ended up buying patches just to cope. the staff were friendly when I needed assistance, but management didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns. I really wanted my stay to be enjoyable, but these issues definitely took away from it.

The staff was simply outstanding! My room was comfy and spacious, just what I needed after a long day, but darn it, my key card had its own ideas about working.

The valet service felt slower than a snail race, and let's just say my key card wasn’t as cooperative as my afternoon tea!

Enjoyed our brief visit! The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The nearby shopping and dining options exceeded our expectations. Just be cautious with parking fees which can significantly increase your total costs. a solid choice for a family getaway.

The location was perfect for exploring Atlanta! 🚄 The room was clean, but the bathroom needed some attention. a decent stay with happy staff but could improve on maintenance.

We were switched rooms three different times and

the entire experience was exhausting. After a long drive, we found the beds uncomfortable and the mini fridge was broken. The smell in the room didn't help either. Staff acknowledged the issues only after we complained, unfortunately leaving us disappointed.

The stay was decent overall, with clean and modern accommodations which I appreciated. the shower in the handicap accessible room wasn't great, as water leaked onto the floor, making it slippery and unsafe. It was annoying that there was a loud drilling noise that persisted throughout the night, affecting the comfort of the stay. The location was a plus since it was near shopping and attractions, which made it convenient for our short visit.

The stay at Hilton Garden was excellent, with a comfortable and well-appointed room that perfectly suited my business needs. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly Eric and Jasmine at the front desk, who efficiently handled all inquiries. The business center was very useful for printing documents and conducting meetings, making my trip seamless and productive.

There were minor issues with the check-in process that delayed my arrival.

the room was really comfy and the hotel was close to a train station which made gettin around super easy. staff was friendly enough and i enjoyed the breakfast options when i could. overall it had everything i needed for my solo trip, not fancy but decent.

didn't like the parking situation at all, had to pay extra for valet and it felt like a ripoff. also, my air conditioning was loud and kept me up at night.

would definitely stop here again
